Fastighetskalkylatorn ("I," "my," or "me"), developed by Daniel Johansson, an independent individual developer based in Sweden, is a financial application committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and user protection. This policy governs how the application operates, how we handle financial and personal data, and the standards of conduct we require from our users.

By downloading or using Fastighetskalkylatorn, you agree to this Integrity Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. Given the sensitive nature of financial applications, we hold ourselves and our users to a particularly high standard of responsible conduct.

Financial Disclaimer

We are transparent about the nature and limitations of our service. Any estimates, projections, or calculations provided by the app are tools to assist your own decision-making, not professional recommendations.

Honest Representation

We represent Fastighetskalkylatorn honestly in all channels — including our Google Play listing, in-app content, marketing materials, and communications with users.

• All advertised features, tools, and calculations reflect actual app capabilities.
• We do not use fake reviews, manipulated ratings, or misleading screenshots in our store listing.
• All fees, subscription costs, and in-app purchases are clearly disclosed before any transaction.
• We will not claim regulatory licenses or certifications we do not hold.
• Interest rates, return projections, and financial estimates are based on disclosed assumptions and are clearly labeled as estimates.
• We do not impersonate banks, financial institutions, or licensed advisors.

§ 4

Financial Data & Privacy

Handling financial data carries a heightened responsibility. We treat all financial information with complete privacy in mind. Fastighetskalkylatorn does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers. All data you enter stays exclusively on your device.

• No personal or financial data is ever sent to our servers or any third-party servers.
• We have no access to the data you enter or store within the app — it is invisible to us.
• Your data is never shared with, sold to, or processed by advertisers, data brokers, or any other parties.
• The app does not require an account, login, or internet connection to function.
• Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all locally stored data.
• We recommend making regular device backups, as we are unable to recover locally stored data on your behalf.

§ 5

Security Standards

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your financial information depends primarily on your device's own security. We design the app to complement and reinforce that protection.

• The app does not contain malware, spyware, adware, or any malicious code.
• The app does not make any network requests — there is no server communication of any kind.
• Local data is stored using the platform's secure, sandboxed storage, inaccessible to other apps.
• The app supports device-level authentication (PIN, pattern, biometrics) to restrict access where available.
• We conduct regular code reviews and release security updates promptly via the Play Store.

§ 6

Fair Use & Conduct

To protect all users and uphold the integrity of the platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the app to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate any financial calculations or in-app data for deceptive purposes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or exploits to interfere with app functionality.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or distributing the app without authorization.
• Using the app for any activity that violates applicable financial regulations or laws.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of access and, where required by law, may be reported to the relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

§ 7

Regulatory Compliance

Fastighetskalkylatorn is built to comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and applicable Swedish and EU regulations. As an independent individual developer, I am not a licensed financial institution and the app does not constitute a regulated financial service.

• GDPR (EU 2016/679): Since no personal data is collected or processed, GDPR obligations around data handling do not apply. You remain the sole controller of your data at all times.
• Finansinspektionen: This app is not a regulated financial service and is not licensed or supervised by Finansinspektionen. It is a personal finance tool for informational and organisational use only.
• Konsumentverket: The app is developed and distributed in good faith in accordance with Swedish consumer protection principles.
• Google Play Policies: Content within the app is appropriate for its declared rating and does not promote illegal financial schemes or activities.
• I respond to policy notices from Google Play and relevant authorities promptly and in good faith.

§ 8

Reporting Violations

If you suspect fraudulent activity, a security vulnerability, a data breach, or any violation of this policy, please report it to us immediately. Reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

Suspected financial crimes, including fraud or money laundering, should also be reported to Finanspolisen (the Swedish Financial Intelligence Unit) or Finansinspektionen. Data protection concerns may be escalated to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) at imy.se. Users can additionally flag concerns via the Google Play Store listing.
